A Carbon County man has become the victim of a theft incident in Luzerne County.
State police at Hazleton said Jeffrey John Pecha, 43, of Nesquehoning, reported he was robbed at gunpoint by three young black males at his motel room at the Penn Terrace Motel, located at 1860 E. Broad St., Hazle Township, at 6 p.m. on Dec. 2. Money and jewelry was stolen from the room during the robbery, troopers said.One of the males was reported to be wearing a red sweatshirt at the time of the incident.
