Raymond Neikam Jr., 37, of McAdoo, installed green ornamental lighting around the license plate of his vehicle, a move that landed him in jail.

McAdoo police were on patrol at 12:48 a.m. Tuesday when the saw the pretty, illegal green lights and conducted a traffic stop to issue a citation.Unfortunately for Neikam, a records check found his driver's license was suspended DUI related. The records also show two warrants for his arrest, one from Luzerne County, the other from Hazleton City police.Neikam was then lodged in the Luzerne County Prison, Wilkes-Barre.McAdoo Police will be charging him with the light violation and for driving with a suspended license.
