Rush Township police have cited two Luzerne County men after a theft at the HT Commons Walmart on Nov. 11.

Guy Coxe, 24, of Hazle Township, was cited for retail theft, receiving stolen property, and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft, while Matthew Logan, 23, of Hazleton, was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft.The duo took a television set from the store at 8:45 p.m. The merchandise was valued at $448.
