State police at the Lehighton barracks said a 27-year-old Bethlehem man will be cited for driving under the influence as a result of an incident at 9:31 p.m. Sunday on State Route 33 in Hamilton Township, Monroe County.

Police did not reveal the name of the man but said he was stopped for several moving violations, after which time police found him to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
