McAdoo Police have cited Jonathan Evanco, 21, of McAdoo for criminal trespass after he refused to leave the Fegley Mini Mart on South Kennedy Drive. Evanco had previously been warned to stay off the property.

The incident took place at 2:30 a.m. Saturday.
