State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks said Sean W. Hoban, 20, of Auburn, sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle crash at 4:45 a.m. Sunday on State Route 895 in South Manheim Township.

Police said he was driving a 2002 Subaru Outback eastbound when he fell asleep.The car traveled onto the south berm, impacted a wooden split rail fence and shrubbery and continued along the berm until impacting a tree.Police said the vehicle then bounced off the tree and came to rest along the south berm. The car needed to be towed from the scene.Police said Hoban will be cited.
