Erik Thomas Ossman, 25, of Tremont, was arrested by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks on Saturday after an incident at 7 p.m. at 2A Laurel Street in that borough.

Police said he was cited for criminal mischief after he struck a 1998 Subaru owned by Miranda Elaine Klinger, 20, of Tremont, with his hand, causing the driver's side rear passenger area window to shatter.
