Rush Township Police have filed charges against Bernard Hellebrand Jr., 51, of Coaldale, in relation to an incident at the HT Commons Walmart.

On Dec. 24, Hellebrand stole merchandise valued at $84.42 from the store.He was cited for retail theft and receiving stolen property.
