Pocono Mountain Regional police have charged a man with driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.

Justin Ivey, 27, of Tobyhanna Township, was stopped on Country Place Drive in Coolbaugh Township at 2 a.m. Nov. 21, according to a police report issued Saturday.Police stopped the car after they saw it was following another car too closely and failed to stay within its lane. The vehicle registration plates had also been suspended for lack of insurance.Ivey was believed to be driving under the influence of marijuana and had the drug in the car. His license had also been suspended.
