Rush Township Police arrested Nicholas Juliano, 33, of Hometown on Friday. Juliano was wanted on outstanding warrants issued by authorities in Schuylkill and Carbon counties.

He was then lodged in the Schuylkill County Prison.The arrest was made at 3:10 p.m. on Wayne Avenue.
