Two people were injured in a Jan. 14 crash in Rush Township. Police were dispatched to Claremont Avenue, Route 309, in the area of Basile's Restaurant, at 6:40 a.m. for a two-vehicle crash.

Lindsay Yanuzzi, 34, of Quakake, was driving south in a 2005 silver Mercury when an unidentified vehicle pulled out onto the highway from Lincoln Drive. She swerved into the left-hand lane, where she struck a southbound 2007 Honda CRV operated by Mark Solon, 55, of Drums.Both drivers were transported to local hospitals for treatment of unspecified injuries. The Honda and Mercury were both towed from the scene.
