Unlawful possession of controlled substanceCriminal charges were filed against Amber Recker, 21, of 584 Delaware Ave. Apt E. Palmerton, for three counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. The incident occurred at 10:32 a.m. Dec. 30 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.Criminal trespassCitations were filed against Melanie Moore, 47, of Water Street, New Philadelphia, for harassment and criminal trespass. The violations occurred at 2:16 p.m. Nov. 4 in the 1100 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Other citationsPolice also issued one traffic violation and one vehicle citation.
