A vehicle stop by Nesquehoning police has led to several charges filed against the driver.

Officer Carl Breiner stopped Giovanni Vargas, of Bronx, New York, on Jan. 5 along Route 93. After investigation, Breiner charged Vargas with required financial responsibility, driving while operating privileges are suspended, unauthorized use or transfer of registration, and use of multiple road lighting equipment.
