Criminal charges are pending against a Towamensing Township couple as a result of an incident that happened at 11:45 a.m. Jan. 25.

State police at the Lehighton barracks said Jennifer Nieroda, 39, and Gerard Nieroda, 22, were involved in a physical dispute at 1256 Trachsville Hill Road, Kunkletown.Police have listed the case as a harassment incident.
