Palmerton Police Department continues to investigate the following incidents:

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Criminal charges were filed against Patrick Partington, 27, of 3871 Hausman Circle, New Tripoli, for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred at 2:19 a.m. Jan. 27, in the 900 block of Mauch Chunk Road.DUI: Criminal charges were filed against George Lahr, 47, of 1393 W. Lizard Creek Road, Lehighton, for DUI, stop signs and yield signs and careless driving. The incident occurred at 6:10 p.m. Nov. 28, on Route 248.Harassment: Criminal charges were filed against Kevin Booth, 46, of 950 Delaware Ave., Palmerton, for stalking and two counts of harassment. The incident occurred at 6:24 p.m. Jan. 9, in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue.Disorderly conduct: A citation was filed against a 16-year-old New Tripoli female for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred at 9 a.m. Jan. 28, in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Police also issued three citations for traffic violations, and one each for speeding and a vehicle violation.
