A Jim Thorpe man is in the county prison in Nesquehoning after being arrested on three criminal counts.

Borough police said Michael D. Mack Sr., 28, of 206 Oak St., was charged with criminal trespass, defiant trespass and simple assault for an incident that occurred at that address on Saturday at 9:57 p.m.His bail was set at $10,000.
