Rush Township Police have filed charges against a Sugarloaf man after he was found unconscious in the HT Commons Walmart parking lot on Jan. 28.

Officers found Francis Filoreto II, 29, in the parking lot at 9:46 p.m. Filoreto was charged with retail theft after stealing a can of air duster from the store, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
