A Monroe County resident has been charged with retail theft for an incident at 2:16 p.m. Jan. 31.

State police at Fern Ridge said Migdalia Cano, 45, of Saylorsburg, entered Kinsley's ShopRite in Brodheadsville and took $28.58 worth of makeup from the store without paying for it.
