Kelvin Samuel Williams, 43, of Nesquehoning, was arrested by state police at the Lehighton barracks for driving under the influence after a traffic stop made at 8:34 p.m. Feb. 4 at the intersection of Route 209 and Parkway Road in Lansford.

Police said he was stopped for Motor Vehicle Code violations, after which time it was determined he was under the influence.Police said he refused to take a chemical test and was charged with DUI.
