A 71-year-old Monroe County man is the victim of a theft, fraud and forgery incident involving his credit card.

State police at the Lehighton barracks said the incident was reported on Sunday.The victim told police someone used his credit card without his permission to make a $272.18 purchase online from the Best Buy store.
