Anthony Adams, 18, of Tresckow, was cited by McAdoo police after a traffic stop on Jan. 30.

Adams was stopped for having a nonworking brake light and appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He was given, and failed, field sobriety tests, then admitted to smoking marijuana earlier in the day. He was transported to the hospital for blood work.Test results were positive for marijuana.Adams was cited for driving under the influence of a controlled substance and the traffic violation.
