Rush Township police have cited Ann Morris, 57, of Stroudsburg, after a traffic stop on Feb. 4.

Morris was driving westbound on Pine Creek Drive, at 7:50 a.m., when she was stopped for a traffic violation.She appeared to have been drinking alcohol and was transported to Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street, Pottsville, for blood tests.The tests indicate she had a blood-alcohol content of 0.255 percent, more than three times the legal limit of 0.08 percent.Morris was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and the traffic violations.
