A 26-year-old Coaldale woman is facing driving under the influence charges following a traffic stop at 10:15 p.m. Feb. 24 in Lansford.

State police at the Lehighton barracks said they stopped a 2002 Hyundai Elantra driven by the woman after observing violations of the motor vehicle code.Police said the woman was arrested for suspicion of DUI. The charges are pending laboratory test results.
