State police at the Lehighton barracks reported Elizabeth Maresca, 50, of Stroudsburg, has been charged with criminal mischief as a result of an incident that was reported to them at 8:20 p.m. Feb. 24.

The victim is a 29-year-old man of Kunkletown.Police said the incident happened on Twin Flower Circle when the defendant vandalized the victim's car.
