Palmerton PoliceDepartment continues to investigate the following incidents:

Possession/deliveryof marijuanaCriminal charges were filed against Nichlous Brogan, 21, of 688 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, for DUI and possession or delivery of a small amount of marijuana.The incident occurred on Jan. 1 at 1:05 a.m. in the 400 block of Franklin Avenue.Receiving stolen propertyCriminal charges were filed against Wesley Behler, 23, of 321 Iron St. Lehighton, for receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of an automobile, DUI, and false ID to law enforcement.The incident occurred on Dec. 27, 2014, at 2:47 a.m. in the 1400 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Police also issued two citations for speeding, as well as one citation each for traffic violation and vehicle violation.
