A Schuylkill County woman was cited for an incident at a county mall.

State police at Frackville said security personnel at the Schuylkill Mall, New Castle Township, called them at 10:40 a.m. Monday for a female lying on the floor in a common area of the mall. The female was inhaling the aerosol out of an air duster can.The female was identified as Linda A. Polach, 51, of Frackville. She was under the influence and removed from the mall by troopers.She was charged with public drunkenness.
