The Palmerton Police Department continues to investigate the following incidents:

Possession of drug paraphernaliaCriminal charges were filed against TylerRomanishan, 20, of 1361 E Lizard Creek Road, Lehighton, for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Theincident occurred at 8:54 p.m. Feb. 5 in the 600block of Mauch Chunk Road.Retail theftCriminal charges were filed against Amy Frohnheiser, 37, of 256 Avenue A, Palmerton, for retail theft. The incident occurred on Feb. 16 at 5:25 p.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.Criminal charges were filed against Danielle Eremus, 26, of 1 Court St., Lehighton, for retail theft and receiving stolen property. The incident occurred on Feb. 19 at 10:40 a.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.Criminal charges were filed against Gary Hoffner, 36, of 223 Delaware Ave., second floor, Palmerton, for retail theft. The incident occurred on Feb. 13 at 9:23 p.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.OtherPolice also issued two citations each for speeding, traffic violations and vehicle violations.
