The following citations were issued by Nesquehoning police.

Officer Timothy Wuttke issued five citations for violating a borough ordinance on Feb. 22 for no parking during a snow emergency along West Catawissa Street; on March 8 and 9, four speeding citations along Route 54, a 40 mph zone, with speeds of 62, 60, 58, and 56.Chief Sean Smith issued three speeding citations on March 7 and 9, at Oak and Catawissa streets, a 25 zone, speeds of 45 (2) and 44; and two expired inspection sticker citations at the same location.Officer Brian White issued a windshield obstructions citation at E. Center and Pine streets on March 5.Officer Richard Neikam cited Ann Hydro, 33, 332 E. Catawissa St., on Feb. 17, for cruelty to animals; and on March 3, a citation along Route 54 for driving a vehicle at a unsafe speed.Officer Robert Blisard issued two parking prohibited citations, per borough ordinance, on March 4 on Railroad Street.
