A Monroe County driver sustained a minor injury in a one-vehicle crash that occurred at 8:54 a.m. on Wednesday along Neola Road in Jackson Township.

State police at Fern Ridge said James W. Wiggins, 72, of Stroudsburg, was driving a 2006 GMC Sierra northbound when he drove over a patch of ice. He swerved toward the southbound lane and struck a tree along the berm.Wiggins did not require any immediate medical attention, troopers said.
