On January 14 Mahoning Township police responded to Walmart for a reported retail theft in progress.

As a result of the investigation Joseph Flammia, 25, of Albrightsville, has been charged with: driving under the influence of a controlled substance (misdemeanor) three counts; possession of a small amount of marijuana (misdemeanor); and possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor).A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 8.
