A student at the Schuylkill Technology Center in New Castle Township has been charged with two offenses.

State police at Frackville said a 16-year-old male from Frackville has been charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct for an incident that occurred at 9:14 a.m. Tuesday.Troopers said the teen used vulgar language while on school property and then damaged the property by putting a hole in a wall in the school.
