Two Monroe County residents have been cited for public drunkenness following an incident that occurred at 8:14 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot of the Kresgeville Deli in Polk Township.

State police at Lehighton said Stephanie Lynn Blew, 28, and Anthony Pellegrino, 36, both of Kresgeville, were involved in a verbal argument while intoxicated in the parking lot. Both were then cited.
