Two Carbon County residents were cited following an incident that occurred on Tuesday at 4:52 p.m.

State police at Fern Ridge said William F. Altenbach, 58, and Tracey A. Jennings, 47, both of 21 Shawnee Trail, Indian Mountain Lakes, Albrightsville, Penn Forest Township, were cited for harassment after each threatened the other with physical harm.
