Pocono Mountain Regional Police said a Tobyhanna man's car was stolen on March 21 after the man left the vehicle running while he entered the Dunkin' Donuts store in Mount Pocono. An arrest has been made.

Police said Carlos Mangual reported he left the vehicle running at 2:57 p.m. and when he returned from the store he found it was missing.Police said the vehicle was stopped by officers in Woodland Park, New Jersey, who took the driver, Marcelino Mendez-Ruperto, into custody and charged him with receiving stolen property.
