A Carbon County woman is the victim of access device fraud.

State police at Fern Ridge said an unknown person obtained the personal information of a 39-year-old woman from the Pleasant Valley West development in Penn Forest Township, and used it to open credit card accounts and attempt to secure loans.The incident was reported on Sunday.
