Indecent assaultCriminal charges were filed against Michael Held, 41, of 15674 Kutztown Road in Kutztown, for four counts of indecent assault and one count of corruption of minors. The incident occurred in 2009 in the 400 block of Lafayette Avenue.OtherThe police department also issued six citations for speeding, two traffic violations and one vehicle violation.
