Palmerton Police Department continues to investigate the following incidents:

Possession of drug paraphernaliaCriminal charges were filed against River Rodriguez, 19, of 346 Delaware Ave., Apt. 6, Palmerton, for possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. The incident occurred at 6:10 p.m. April 12 at Delaware Avenue and Fourth Street.Possession with intent to deliver marijuanaCriminal charges were filed against Eldwin Rubio De Los Santos, 29, of 2435 Allenbrook Drive, Apt. 9, Allentown, for possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, and possession of a small amount of marijuana. The incident occurred at 11:28 p.m. March 7 on Route 248 east.Selling or furnishing alcohol to minorsCriminal charges were filed against Dylan Lavecchia, 21, of 568 Franklin Ave., Palmerton, for selling or furnishing alcohol to minors. The incident occurred at 6:42 p.m. April 6 in the 100 block of Lafayette Avenue.Attemptingto elude policeCriminal charges were filed against Stephen Marlatt, 36, of 729 Lehigh St., Bowmanstown, for fleeing or attempting to elude police, driving under suspension, and speeding. The incident occurred at 7:08 p.m. April 8 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.DUICriminal charges were filed against Harry Lutz, 65, of 819 Delaware Ave., Apt. 2, Palmerton, for DUI and speeding. The incident occurred at 11:43 p.m. Feb. 5 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.OtherPolice also issued seven citations for speeding, three citations for vehicle violations and one citation for a traffic violation.
