Palmerton Police Department continues to investigate the following incidents:

Aggravated indecent assaultCriminal charges were filed against Rafo Bencun, 67, of 819 Delaware Ave. Apt. C, Palmerton, for aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, and indecent assault. The incident occurred in July 2014 at the above address.Defiant trespass and other chargesCriminal charges were filed against Troy Dubois, 44, of 895 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, for defiant trespass, simple trespass, and loitering and prowling at night. The incident occurred May 10 at 11:57 p.m. in the 700 block of West Edgemont Avenue.Earlier that night, Dubois was cited at 6:54 p.m. for disorderly conduct in the 800 block of Mauch Chunk Road. Dubois was also cited on May 2 at 7:08 a.m. for criminal mischief in the 700 block of West Edgemont Avenue.DUICriminal charges were filed against Amy Breininger, 27, of 7143 Kinstread Drive, Slatington, for DUI and accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property. The incident occurred on Jan. 17 at 2:43 a.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.HarassmentCriminal charges were filed against Anthony Dick, 32, of 276 Harvard Ave. Palmerton, for simple assault and harassment. The incident occurred on May 10 at 12:24 p.m. at the above address.Disorderly conductJanett Ladlee, 45, of 1109 Washington St. Easton, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred May 23 at 11:55 a.m. in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Retail theftJesse Stahler, 22, of 6232 Glen Court, Germansville, was cited for retail theft. The violation occurred on May 19 at 10:40 a.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.OtherPolice also issued two citations for speeding, four citations for traffic violations, and one citation for a vehicle violation.
