State police at Fogelsville have charged a Lynn Township man with taking $150 from the New Tripoli Fire Department.

Joel R. Lindtner of New Tripoli, was charged with theft by unlawful taking.According to a news release from police, Lindtner stole the money at about 3 p.m. Saturday.
