State police at Lehighton reported on area victims of identity thefts.

Troopers said a 25-year-old female from Lehighton was the victim of ID theft. Someone obtained her credit/debit card information to make unauthorized purchases. The incident occurred during the period of April 9 to May 9.A 50-year-old male from Kunkletown reported someone used his personal information to open a cellphone account. The incident was reported on May 29.A 43-year-old female from Kunkletown reported someone used her credit/debit card information to make unauthorized purchases. The incident was reported on Friday.Anyone with information concerning these incidents is asked to call troopers at 610-681-1850.
