A Coaldale woman was cited by Tamaqua police after a fight in the Turkey Hill parking lot on June 26.

Officers were dispatched to the lot at 12:39 a.m. for a fight in progress.When they arrived, they found a woman at the rear of the store, with blood running from her nose.She said she had been arguing with Lauren Ritchie, 39, of 113 Sixth St., Coaldale.When she tried to get in her fiance's car to leave, Ritchie pulled her out of the car and punched her in the face and then left.Three witnesses said that Ritchie pulled the victim's hair and punched/ slapped her in the face.Ritchie will be charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.
