Manuel Mahecha-Pizarro of Brodheadsville was issued a citation for disorderly conduct by state police at the Fern Ridge barracks after an incident at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday.

Police said he is a tenant at 151 Countryside Drive, Chestnuthill Township, and was playing music through his stereo too loud, disturbing the homeowner.
