A Schuylkill County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred at 7:21 a.m. Thursday.

State police at Frackville said James Robert Flail, 59, of Frackville illegally entered onto a property on Fifth Avenue in Barnesville, Ryan Township.Flail was charged with criminal trespass, troopers said.
