Palmerton Police Department continues to investigate the following incidents:

Securing loads in vehiclesA citation was issued to Luis Auconcela-Caguana, 22, of Marlton, New Jersey, for securing loads in vehicles. The violation occurred at 2:05 p.m. Thursday in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Vehicle violationChristopher Dutko, 28, of Palmerton, was cited for driving under suspension. The violation occurred at 3:22 p.m. Aug. 3 in the 300 block of Lafayette Avenue.OtherPolice also issued three citations for speeding, three citations for traffic violations, and one citation for vehicle violation.
