State police at Fern Ridge are investigating a criminal mischief incident that occurred in Carbon County.

Troopers said Michael Adam Klakowicz, 66, of Bensalem, Bucks County, reported someone removed the septic well pump at his property, located at 43 Cayuga Drive, Penn Forest Township, and placed it on the ground near the septic cover.The incident occurred sometime between Aug. 18 and Sunday.
