State police at Frackville reported investigating a one-vehicle crash at 7:20 a.m. on Tuesday along Route 1006 (Burma Road) in Blythe Township, Schuylkill County.

Troopers said Jennifer Daniels, 41, of Mahanoy City, was driving a 2013 Hyundai Elantra eastbound, about a mile from Saint Clair, when she lost control on the wet road. The vehicle went onto the left berm area and collided into a utility pole. Daniels was not injured but the vehicle sustained heavy front end damage and had to be towed.The road was closed for about an hour, troopers noted.
