Tamaqua Police have cited Joseph Robert Holland, 34, of 424 E. Broad St., Tamaqua, for issuing a bad check to K & R Jacobs Enterprises.

Holland wrote a check for $750 to the company on Dec. 8. It was returned, marked as insufficient funds.Efforts to have Holland make good on the check were unsuccessful.
