Stephen J. Martonick Jr., 29, of Drums, is facing charges after an incident at the HT Commons Walmart in Rush Township on Feb. 13.

He reportedly took merchandise valued at $148 from the retail store. The incident took place at 10:46 p.m.Martonick will be charged with retail theft.
