Two black men are being sought in an access device fraud investigation by state police at Fern Ridge.

Troopers said the two used a counterfeit debit card of a 45-year-old man from Albrightsville, Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, to make five unauthorized withdrawals from the account.On March 14 at about 9:48 p.m. the card was used to make a ATM withdrawal from the Stroud Mall in Stroudsburg totaling $402.50. The remaining four charges were made on March 15 at the Walmart store in Mahoning Township at 7:33 p.m. for $101.34; at 7:34 p.m. for $100.78; at 7:37 p.m. for $101.79; and at 7:38 p.m. for $102.98. The two would then make small item purchases and get $100 cash back, troopers said.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 570-646-2271.
