Rush Township Police have given the citations for retail theft incidents that occurred at HT Commons Walmart in Hometown:

• Angel N. Schlier, 25, of Jim Thorpe, stole $4.13 worth of merchandise on April 18. She was charged with retail theft and resisting arrest.• Winston Batista Castillo, 23, of Hazleton, stole $65.81 worth of merchandise on April 24 and is facing retail theft charges.• Jose Martinez, 18, of Hazleton, stole items valued at $59.81 on April 24 and is facing retail theft charges.
